My award-winning, stylish and elegant wedding cakes will be a talking point at your wedding reception. I am recommended by many venues across the South East mainly serving East Sussex and Kent but also London.

A Little Bit About Me

I am a food lover and a creative, pairing these together with a decade of experience in the wedding industry means that you are in safe hands. I will guide you through the sometimes overwhelming wedding cake booking process with fun and ease.

I love a good coffee, I live in the East Sussex countryside with my husband and two boys.

I am passionate about growing, seasonality and sustainability. I have 30 raspberry canes in my garden along with 27 strawberry plants which I use to make my conserves. I use crowd farming scheme to import organic Sicilian lemons for my lemon sponge. I grow edible flowers and vegetables in my poly tunnel for my cakes and family. We have 20 chickens here at home and I use their eggs wherever possible to create the lightest, airy and golden sponges.

About My Cakes

My experience and skill allows me to offer both stylish, elegant wedding cakes with handcrafted flowers as well as simple but equally show-stopping chocolate ganache finish. I can work with your florist if you opt for fresh flowers and arrange these when setting up the cake.

I believe using quality ingredients is important and am passionate about making everything from scratch. Using eggs from my garden or a local farm, Cornish salted butter, local fruit, organic flour, Belgian chocolate, local Harvey’s ale, Sicilian lemons, Madagascan vanilla bean paste and filling my cakes with light and fluffy swiss meringue buttercream. I also offer vegan and gluten free cakes.
